    What were the founders thinking when they constitutionally placed the military power of the entire country under the directive of an individual? Clearly they were so enamored by the source of the portrait for the now one dollar note and quarter dollar coin that they were just—not—thinking!

    Of course our first president did in fact earn such respect and devotion through qualified credentials by actually serving honorably as a truly accomplished battlefield honed militia commander in chief on behalf of the newly established United States of America. Yet it is an historical and present fact that although created in equal status, all humans do not necessarily perform in equal states of honor or integrity or selflessness: Criminal Case In Point—DJT—the current fake bone spur side stepper of honorable service; mocker of fallen soldiers; abuser of active service members.

    Our national armed forces must therefore be placed more in the control of the representation intended for the entire country, the US Congress, both the House and the Senate, in combination with certain veto and directional request rights remaining with a competent Commander In Chief.

    Additionally the federalization of any state troops for enacting in-country maneuvers should be done cohesively with Congress. Also the Insurrection Act of 1807 must be adjusted to include the necessary inclusion of Congress as a determination for action. A simple majority or possibly a simple percentage of Congress could be required, enabling the maintenance of the union for the whole by the union of a few.

    Executive Orders must be therefore more constrained and restricted from any blanket measures of force.

    There must be the crucial move away from giving all power to one individual, even if that individual is of the highest moral standards encompassing all manner of human empathy and compassion. For history is consistent with revealing human tendencies toward power funnels, at all levels of existence and class structures. And using the current astronomical disgrace against humanity actively defecating on absolutely everyone and everything, risking such funneled power is just plain idiocy, neglect, reckless, sloth.

    When (and before) this debacle of executive administration is finally (preferably ASAP) removed from the halls of governance, We The Pupil must ensure the adequate and essential distribution of power, which is plainly encompassed in the truths and self-evident intention of A Declaration By The Representatives Of The United States Of America, In General Congress Assembled, July 4, 1776.

    We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to [Any] Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of [Tyranny], is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
